The “missing link” between Krk > Vrbnik exclusively prepared for the 4 days north- or south route. This stage starts exactly like the 1st stage from Krk up the eastern olive way. At the fork after 1,7 km where the 1st stage turns right, we continue upwards to the village Muraj. From Muraj we take a few 100m the asphalt road to Kornic, where we turn left and pass the cemetery and after an other 300m we turn at a house left again and come through a gate into an old trail. The trail goes slightly downhill, ends up after about 6,2 km at a fork, where we continue pathless for an other 200m our direction till we end up at a macadam trail, which we follow left, come to an open area where we turn right direction Vrbnik. I have finished the GPX measuring at the wine garden of Katunar above Vrbnik, where they offer some winetesting.
Walking time about 3.5 h, so it is enough to start at 11:00 in Krk to catch the bus in Vrbnik at 17:10 including some wine testing.
