The 3rd stage leads from the bus station Baska up across the main street further up to the cemetery church Sv. Ivana. From there on the left past the ruin of the old stone church, over a wooded trail over double bends with beautiful views down to the bay of Baska. In total about 300 hm up to the southeast plateau of island Krk. One leaves the woods when passing a stone wall and enters the meager plateau on a macadam. Hold on the right and follow the blue mountain bike sign nr. 2, about 10 km to the north on the plateau. At a fork follow the right way signed with nr. 3 (see coordinates Geocache) direction Vrbnik for an other 5km.
Take enough to drink plus protection for the head, windcheater, suntan cream with you.
Summary: beautiful meditative “moonwalk” on this plateau. This stage should not be chosen at strong wind or folk conditions.
